Mission Statement

The Trust Fund of St. John Garabed Armenian Church was created for religious, charitable, or educational purposes, either directly or by contributions to organizations authorized to execute such activities as established under the tax-exempt status provided the bylaws of the Western Diocese. TRUST Property shall consist of real or personal property, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and any other property acceptable to the Board of Trustees, which may be transferred to the Trust Fund by the Trustor, or other St.John Garabed organizations, or by any other person, association, corporation, or other entity. All property shall be held in trust, and managed and administered by the board of Trustees.
